Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited number of accommodation units and the nature of our offer, we kindly ask you to notify us of any cancellations as early as possible. In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- More than 7 days before arrival – 100% refund of the paid amount, with written cancellation sent to our email address.
- 6 to 3 days before arrival – 80% refund of the paid amount.
- 2 to 1 day before arrival – 50% refund.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show – no refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation of the cancellation. Cancellations are accepted only in writing to info@krbee.si.
