Forest therapy

Autumn. The most beautiful time when I, with all my heart and soul, admire the changes in nature. The forest is the place that inspires me the most. In its silence, alone with myself, the energy of the forest calms me and, in some way, regenerates me. Not long ago, I stumbled upon a website that confirmed what I had always felt – that we, as people, don’t take full advantage of all that the forest has to offer.

As we take slow walks through the woods, we become more aware of our breath, the scents, and the sounds around us. It’s scientifically proven that such walks reduce stress levels, regulate blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, and improve overall well-being. The sense of inner peace deepens, emotional stability grows, and the ability to focus sharpens.

In some parts of the world, forest therapy is even prescribed to people with various mental and physical conditions, including dementia and the elderly. Around the estate where we live and create the honeyed story of Apiturizem Kr’Bee, there are many beautiful forests. I am deeply grateful for them and wish to bring their healing power closer to you, who visit us.

“In the forest of a hundred thousand trees, no two leaves are alike. And no two journeys along the same path are ever the same.” – Paulo Coelho
